Our hours of operation are Mon- Fri from 2:00 - 6:00 pm

tutoring into one dynamic program!

SCA is a one stop shop for your kiddo(s) We will also provide transportation after school, a healthy snack, and a safe environment that will leave parents at ease knowing that their children are in capable hands with a staff that is passionate about the growth and development of their child!

The mission of Space Create Academy is to provide a nurturing and innovative after-school program in Killeen, Texas, that combines the creative arts and academics to inspire and empower children between the ages of 5 and 12.

Creative Arts Enrichment & Lessons

At Space Create Academy, we offer a comprehensive and age-appropriate creative arts enrichment program tailored to two distinct age groups: ages 5-8 and ages 9-12. Our aim is to provide a diverse range of creative arts classes and lessons that promote self-expression, foster artistic skills, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

For children aged 5-8, our creative arts program focuses on introducing them to various art forms in a fun and engaging manner. In visual arts, they will explore different mediums such as painting, drawing, and sculpture, allowing their imagination to flourish. In addition, they will have the opportunity to develop their musical talents through introductory piano lessons, learning basic notes, rhythms, and melodies. This age group will also delve into the world of acting, where they will discover the joy of storytelling, character development, and stage presence. Lastly, they will be introduced to the power of voice through singing lessons, helping them build confidence and vocal techniques.

For children aged 9-12, our creative arts program builds upon their previous experiences and provides more in-depth instruction in their chosen areas of interest. In visual arts, they will further refine their skills, exploring advanced techniques and experimenting with different styles. In piano, they will progress to more complex musical pieces, honing their ability to read sheet music and perform with greater proficiency. Our acting classes will challenge them to delve deeper into character analysis, improvisation, and stagecraft, preparing them for more advanced theatrical opportunities. Additionally, they will have the chance to explore the realm of media and audio production, learning the fundamentals of recording, editing, and producing their own creative projects.
